Hvitsten AS is an alternative investment fund manager ("AIFM") authorized and supervised by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway pursuant to Section 2-2 of the Norwegian Act on Management of Alternative Investment Funds.

The company has been appointed as AIFM for the Alternative Investment Fund Wind Fund I AS to provide portfolio management services.  Wind Fund I AS is fully subscribed and reserved for professional investors only.

Through managing the Fund's portfolio of renewable energy assets, Hvitsten will assist in channeling capital towards the environmental objective of climate change mitigation and will contribute to the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals ("SDGs"), primarily SDG 7 targeting increased access to affordable, reliable, and clean energy.
